The Bandage is a craftable consumable used to cure bleeding. Bandages are also the only way to revive a player in co-operative splitscreen mode. Each roll of bandage can be used only once.

Barrel[]
Barrels are found tied down to the decks of various Shipwrecks. They require the use of a cutting tool such as an Axe to be released. Once released, barrels can be used as a crafting ingredient.
Barrels cannot be stored in the inventory and must be moved with the right-click dragging mechanic. If you wish to relocate the barrel to another island, simply board your vessel using the dragging mechanic and continue to hold your right mouse button until arriving at your destination.

Container Panel[]
Container panels are rare non inventory items that can be found on only a few islands in the game. They can be used to build container walls after hitting the red storage containers about 2 times with a cutting tool such as a refined knife.

Obtained from mining clay boulders under the water. Can be difficult to get as sharks and poisonous creatures will often be there. Requires a Pickaxe to obtain the goods. Used to make bricks and many other items and buildings.

Made with clay, holds 5 servings of water. Can be used to collect water from the water sill. It was originally named Clay Water Bottle, though it was changed to just Water Bottle.

How coconuts are found, with the husk still in tact. Can be cut for drinking and eating. Also used for crafting the medical items.

Coconut Water[]
The drinkable coconut, after removing the husk. These provide hydration, but no food. If more than one is consumed in a row, it will cause diarrhea.
Crafted by cutting the Coconut. Derived from the Palm Tree. Looks exactly like a regular coconut, the only difference being you can equip and drink from it using the LMB.
Drinking from the coconut will replenish two thirst bars.

Crafted by hitting Drinkable Coconut with any cutting tool. One or more can be found hanging on a Palm Tree. The Coconut Half is an edible item that is convenient food source, as it does not require hunting or cooking. However, if you eat more than two halves in a row, it will cause Diarrhoea.

Compass[]
The Compass is a non-craftable item that can be found in sunken ships, it does what a compass usually does, point directions.
Carrying one can make travelling and navigation between islands much easier, as you won't lose your sense of direction.
Corrugated Scrap[]
'Corrugated Scrap is used for building many things in the game. Can be found randomly on islands or in crates.

Fire Torch[]
A craftable light source, to help you see in the dark. Can be ignited when used on a campfire and extinguished when interacted with. Can also be attached to hooks. The Fire Torch will last for 12 hours.

Used with the fishing rod to fish for fish, which is called fishing.

Fishing Rod[]
The Fishing Rod requires the Bobber for ammunition and is cast like other projectiles by aiming and firing in a desired direction.
Once the Bobber has caught a fish it will pull away from the player. If the line reaches its maximum length the fish will escape. Using the Fishing Rod will reel the line in, as tension increases the rod will bend and reeling will slow down. If the tension gets too high the line will snap and the fish will scape.

Fuel is an invisible item that is made using the Fuel Still and Potatoes. The fuel still can hold 5 lots, though you will need a jerrycan to move the fuel to your vehicles. It is best to grow potatoes in farming plots to obtain a reliable source of fuel. You will need to craft a fuel still, you only really need one:

A source of light that seems to work indefinitely. Unlike the torch, the Lantern can be turned on an off by clicking. Will work underwater to a certain depth.
The lantern, much like the Flare, can be placed on the ground and turned on to emit a light source. This is especially useful for exploring deep areas, where holding a light source takes up your hand.

Palm Frond[]
Used for crafting the basic shelter in the game. Also used for water sills to obtain water, similar to fibrous leaves.
The player can obtain five of these by cutting down a Palm Tree then "destroying" the top section with any sharp tool.
A palm frond can also be used with a campfire and its counterparts to make it burn longer, similar to sticks.

Pipi is found growing on islands as a plant. Once harvested, Pipi can be planted in a Farming Plot to produce a sustainable supply. Pipi plants are used to craft an Antidote, which is also a required ingredient for Shark Repellent.

Potatoes are a food item obtained from the Potato Plant which can be consumed or planted in a Farming Plot. Grows to maturity in 24 hours. Grows potatoes every 24 hours if harvested.

Rock[]
Rocks (or what some might call stones) are found spread throughout every island. This item is not a renewable resource, so an island will only have a certain amount available. Some islands will also have one or more larger formations (also simply called Rock in the game) that can be mined with a Refined Pick. This will break it down into six individual rocks. It is the single ingredient for crafting the most basic of the tools: the Stone Tool. The stone tool can then be used to craft other crude and refined tools, such as the Crude Axe and the Refined Spear.

Sleeping Bag[]
The sleeping bag is a crafted item used to sleep. It can be moved around by grabbing it with right mouse button. You can also place it in your inventory with a stack amount of only one.
You can sleep from 6pm to 6am. Trying to sleep during day time will display the message "You can only sleep at night". It is more of a bed than a sleeping bag.

Splint heals broken bones suffered from fall damage.

Used for crafting or fuel for fires.
You can reignite your fire. LMB(default) while holding a stick, on your Campfire, Fire Pit or Fire Spit and your fire will run again (this time you need minim 1 to re-ignite the fire). It goes up to 4 sticks to fully recharge.

Tire[]
Tires are items that cannot be stored in the inventory. They can be dragged to locations, one at a time. They are found in bundles, within boats and must be cut to released and moved. They are used for making raft bases. It requires two for one base, though each bundle has three.
